About Appointments

To obtain an appointment you will need a referral from your general practitioner.  The referral can be sent to us by your GP via secure messaging or fax.

Once you have your referral, please call or email reception to arrange an appointment time.

On the day of your appointment, bring copies of any medical reports, ultrasounds or scans, blood tests that you have had. These may assist in formulating a treatment plan for you.
